Formula philosophy:
The formula is related to mental clarity, endurance in mental labor, and the natural ability of the Spirit (Shen) to remain present, clear, and active. In TCM, when the Heart and Spirit are not working in harmony, difficulty concentrating, mental fatigue, and a sense of diminished mental alertness may occur. The guide states that it “increases endurance when doing mental labor” and “supplies energy at the source.”.
Action:
