Payment Methods

Yi Herbs offers secure online payments through the Viva.com platform.

Upon completing your order, you will be transferred to a secure payment environment, where you can choose the available payment method for your order.

Payment for the order can be made online in the following ways:

  • Viva Smart Checkout (30+ payment methods)

Payment by debit or credit card, IRIS, google pay, apple pay, Klarna, etc.

In this process, yiherbs.com has no involvement and your sensitive credit/debit card details are not stored in our system. In case the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, the yiherbs.com bears no responsibility and has no obligation to refund money.

  • Bank deposit

In order to pay by bank transfer, the customer must pay the cost within 2 days of confirming the order to the bank account whose details are made known to the customer via email or via the website.

The order is stored and the products are held for a maximum period of 2 days until the bank transaction is approved by the bank. After the above period, an email will be sent to the Customer regarding the shipment of their order. Yi Herbs is not responsible for the availability of the products in the event that 2 days have passed since the order confirmation without a validated payment.

* On the bank deposit form you will write your full name or your order number and you will need to send us a copy via email.

* If the deposit is not made within 48 hours of the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically canceled by the system.

* The cost of the Bank commission is borne by the Customer.

  • Cash on delivery (only for Greece)

If you choose to pay for the products by cash on delivery, the products are sent by courier and you pay the price upon receipt depending on the area you live in.
The cash on delivery charge is 2€.

  • Payment in store

If you choose to receive the products of your order from our physical store, then you have the option to pay in cash upon receipt, as long as the value does not exceed €500.

Note: Please arrive to pick up your order after you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
