• 艾叶 Artemisia argyi H.Lév. & Vaniot (Artemisia leaves) – Ai Ye
• Capsule: vegetable cellulose
Traditionally in TCM it is used to support internal balance and harmonious flow of Qi, while it is also traditionally referred to as “fetal calm” when a Cold pattern is present.
