Ingredients:
• 白果 Ginkgo biloba L. (Ginkgo seed) – Bai Guo
• Capsule: vegetable cellulose
Traditionally in TCM it is used as an astringent that “stabilizes” the Lung Qi and supports retention/stability in the Lower Thermometer.
Precautions: Ginkgo biloba seeds contain natural substances (ginkgotoxin/MPN) and overconsumption has been associated with adverse effects—avoid from children and use only under the guidance of a specialist.
