• 姜黄 Curcuma longa L. (Turmeric) – Jiang Huang
• Capsule: vegetable cellulose
Traditionally in TCM it is used to support smooth Blood circulation and Qi flow, with a traditional emphasis on “blood stasis”, as well as to support shoulder comfort/mobility in “Wind-Damp” patterns.
