Suggested Use: Take 2 to 3 tablets 3 times daily (total of 6-9 tablets daily), or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Composition (per daily dose of 9 tablets):
• 大枣 Zizyphus jujuba Mill. (Chinese date) Da zao 1080 mg
• Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. ex DC. (Licorice root) Gan cao 1296 mg
• 浮小小 Triticum aestivum L. (Wheat) Fu xiao mai 324 mg
Action: Nourishes the Yin/blood of the Heart and calms the Spirit, stimulates the Spleen and harmonizes the Qi of the Middle Jiao. Releases tension and soothes acute conditions.
General indications (TCM): Emotional instability, irritability, restlessness, insomnia, palpitations and feeling of tightness/pressure in the chest, migraines, anxiety disorders, insomnia.
Precautions & Contraindications: Not recommended in cases of intense Internal Heat/Fire or excess Phlegm.
